We are ANNOUNCING A SPECIAL OFFER to consider joining Elmwood Golf at preferred rates guaranteed for 2025! This opportunity is open to any individual(s) who were not members of Elmwood in 2023 and New Members who bought for the 2024 season. These rates will only be available until April 1st and include GST & PST.

*All Postdated Membership Fees will be charged the $5.00 service charge per month.

*Spousal rates will be provided to the younger spouse.

*Application taxes to be added to totals

*Membership Interest (One time fee – charge to first time member) -WAIVED FOR 2025!

*2025 Capital Levy (excluding juniors & students aged 24 and under) – WAIVED FOR NEW MEMBERS IN 2025!

Options for payment include:

Monthly payment plans set up directly from your bank account, the sooner you establish payments, the lower the monthly commitment will be (must be paid in full by October 2025)

As a bonus, New members who bought in 2024 will have their 2024 rate guaranteed for 2025 up until April 1.

What is the value of these membership levels at Elmwood Golf Club?

Seven day booking privileges, charge accounts and an option to lease a private cart shed.
Discounts on tournament entries, clothing, clubs, golf accessories, lessons, and facility rentals.
Ladies league is Tuesday evenings with an option for 18 holes or a 9-hole shotgun.
Men’s league offers a 9-hole Monday night or a Wednesday night 18-hole shotgun.
Men’s and ladies’ league have a great atmosphere with our post round social for food and prizes.
There is weekday groups including the Morning Ladies (ELMS) and the Morning Old Boys (MOB) which is social golf on Tuesday and Thursday mornings
Elmwood is home to the Jeff Chambers Golf Academy for lessons and club fittings including many junior and OP36 group lessons.
With free memberships for juniors under the age of 12, families enjoy playing as many holes as the kids can handle on summer evenings!

Adult age 58 who was not a member in 2024, or who has never been a member.

New Member Rate of $1299 or $108.25 per month.

Adult age 42 whose spouse has been a member.

New Member Spousal Rate: $840 or $70 per month

Couple ages 33 and 29 with children aged 8 and 5.

New Member rate: $1299
Young Adult Spousal rate: $669
Junior Memberships: $0
TOTAL: $1968 for four golfers. If payments start by November 2024, $164 per month through October 2025 plus applicable taxes

Adult age 47 with 15-year-old child

TOTAL: $1519. If payments start by November 2023, $126.58 per month until October 2025 plus applicable taxes

Golfer (any age) who isn’t sure if they can commit to more than 11 rounds or who wants to enjoy booking privileges at Elmwood if they are a member at another course.

Social member rate of $621 or $51.75 per month plus applicable taxes and capital levy

The New Member rate increased 5% As of January 1 2025 for those who were not a member in 2023 or 2024.

FOR 2025 WE’VE GOT A SPECIAL OFFER to consider joining Elmwood Golf at a preferred rate! This opportunity is open to any individual(s) who were not members of Elmwood in 2023 or 2024. New members would purchased a membership under this promotional rate can renew their membership in 2025 at 2024 rates. These rates will only be available until December 20 and include GST & PST. Rates for 2025 New Members who do not purchase a membership in 2024, will increase 5% on Jan 1.

Options for payment include:

Payment in full by December 20, 2023
Secure your rates with a 50% non-refundable deposit by November 1^st. Full payment is required by April 1, 2025. (If you choose not to become a member, you will lose your deposit)
Monthly payment plans set up directly from your bank account, the sooner you establish payments, the lower the monthly commitment will be (must be paid in full by October 2025)

As a bonus, we will also guarantee your rates for one year on any additional purchases you choose such as club storage, power cart rentals, ranges pass, which can be paid up by your first round in 2025.
