Our menus are suggestions only – the Lounge or Kitchen Manager would be please to design menus to meet your specific needs.

Linens & Rent

There will be an additional charge for all required linens as well as a charge for the room. The minimum charge for linens is $50.00 for ALL functions, with an increase with the number of tablecloths required.

Room rent is as follows:

Non Members
In-Season April 1st to – October 15th – $900.00
Off-Season October 16th – March 31st – $200.00

Members
In-Season April 1st to – October 15th – $1000.00
Off-Season October 16th – March 31st – $300.00

Non Members
In-Season April 1st to – October 15th – $100.00
Off-Season October 16th – March 31st – $200.00

Members
In-Season April 1st to – October 15th – $0.00
Off-Season October 16th – March 31st – $100.00

Guarantee

In order to provide you with the nest possible service, guarantees for meal functions are required by 48 hours prior to your event. If the guaranteed number is not received, the billing will be made out for the number of persons for which the function was originally booked, or the actual number in attendance, whichever is larger.

Food Service

Due to Public Heath Regulations, any food left over from functions in the banquet rooms cannot leave the premises.

With the exception of wedding cakes, the Elmwood Golf Course does not allow food to be brought in from the outside.

Gratuity & G.S.T.

All food and beverage is subject to 15% gratuity and G.S.T. Prices quoted do not include these figures.
